We are working to increase efficiencies
In an effort to serve you better, we are updating our service schedules so that the routes our drivers take are the safest & most efficient possible. Please type in your address below to see if there are any adjustments to your specific service schedules.
You may notice all or none of the following simple changes:
- A possible change in your service day
- A possible switch in your recycling schedule*
- A new service time – always have your containers out by 7 a.m. to help ensure service
* As part of our reroute, residential customers on a weekly recycling schedule will be shifted to an every-other week frequency.
Want help remembering your new service schedule? Download our FREE “WasteConnect” app**. Once downloaded, input youraddress and make sure notifications are enabled; this will allow the app to alert you of any service day adjustments.
- Any residential (non-dumpster) customers within the townlimits of LaSalle will be serviced on Thursdays
- Any residential (non-dumpster) customers within the townlimits of Gilcrest will be serviced on Thursdays
- Any residential (non-dumpster) customers within thetown limits of Platteville will be serviced on Fridays
**WasteConnect app may not work for certain commercial, dumpster or group accounts (townhomes, condos, etc.).

The Placement of Your Trash Can Matters

The correct placement of your trash can will ensure the collection of your garbage, recyclables or yard waste.
Most collection trucks are armed with an automated electronic arm that grabs and empties the bin. This efficient process streamlines collection and prevents potential injuries.
