
Effective July 5, 2022, please note the following changes to your bill, and to our payment options; we are pleased to offer you more convenience and flexibility in paying for our services!
- Account numbers have changed. Account numbers now start with 5327-
- We have a new online payment portal where you can view/pay bills online. To enroll, you’ll need your new account number (starting with 5327-) and invoice number to get started.
- You can also pay your bill with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) via our new automated phone system by calling 855-569-2719. This service is available anytime, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, and all you need is your new account number.
- All invoices are due upon receipt. Online invoices are due 5 days after the billing date.
